Bristol Fashion Week S/S 2013

Another late post for me today, apologies in advance if there are any spelling mistakes...my eyes are falling asleep on me!
So this evening I was really lucky to sneak my way into Bristol Fashion Week for free. Its held at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway in Bristol every spring/summer and autumn/winter. I have been before a few years ago. Its hosted by Andrew Barton, and its always a great show which provides a good insight into all of the latest trends and fashions available at the stores in the mall.

I popped down after I finished work and was greeted by a glass of pink sparkling and some cakes courtesy of Marks and Spencers. I was a good girl and wrapped up my cake to take home for my mum... dam you lent! I even got a free goodie bag which included treats from the likes of body shop, tressemme, kinder bueno, olay, pantene and many more. In the goodie bag you also got a voucher which had some discount vouchers in for stores and restaurants in the mall.

There were some beautiful collections from River Island, Hobbs, BHS, John Lewis, Lipsy, Ted Baker, Marks and Spencers, Next, Gap, Warehouse and Dune. My favourite part of the show was from Hobbs, its a personal favourite shop of mine anyway, all their clothing patterns and cuts are so unique, I try to avoid going past the window as I just want everything! You might be able to see in some of my pictures the female models had black and white boxes on their heads, I thought it looked amazing. I also loved the flower umbrellas (also photoed below) in the John Lewis collection.

Sadly my photos aren't very good as no one was actually allowed to take photos (naughty Emma!) so I was having to take photos very discreetly, at one point the lady in front even turned around to give me that 'look'.... woopsie!
