Geek Squad

So I decided to jump on the band wagon and become a geek! I secretly have been wanting to buy one of the classic 'geek' t-shirts for ages now. I slightly dislike things when they get too popular, hence why I held back from buying it for so long. This one was only £10 from Topman in the sale so I thought why not join the rest of them!

Its been pretty hard this week for me to do outfit posts because the boiler is broken in my house which means there is no heating. Its awful. So so cold! I have been trying to avoid being in my house as much as possible, just because its so cold. I'm sure you can feel for me. Hopefully its going to be fixed within the next week, which seems a while but I am counting down the days believe me. Until then we are trying to last of fan heaters and hot water bottles! It has actually made me think how fortunate I am to even have heating in my house and I really can sympathise for those who don't have the luxury to have it in their homes.

I am off to London with my mum tomorrow for a few days so hopefully I will be able to get her to do an outfit post for me while I am there. Were going to do some sight seeing, shopping and lunch/dinner of course, all those lovely things which everyone gets up to when in the smoke. I have also planned for us to go to the Tate to see the Roy Lichtenstein exhibition which is held there at the moment. I have heard some amazing reports on how good it is, so I am going to take my camera and try to snap a few pictures for you all so hopefully I can do a post on it.

Where From?
Blouse - Topshop
T-Shirt - Topman
Trousers - Topshop
Belt - Vintage
Shoes - Ebay

Did you spot the hole in my trousers?! Defiantly a sign of a loved pair of trousers. These have to be my favourite pair of tailored trousers I own... I have worn them to death. Need to a get a needle and thread on that hole! Sorry for the scruffiness!

As always would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on my outfit.

Thank you for reading.

  5. Love this outfit! I'm like you - I don't buy things until they're essentially out of fashion because I hate the hype - but the way you put together this outfit is so original!
